I would not worry about a "cease and desist" letter. In order for them them come after you it would cost them a minimum of $20,000, of which they do not have...

A cease and desist letter is just a "My Lawyer is bigger than your lawyer" game. It's just going to cost them $500 to draft up and has ZERO legal implications. They would have to file suit and it would cost quite a bit to come after you, let alone win. Gotta love your 1st Amendment rights.
