mike you got a great handle on the value of buying a distressed company. kind of reminds me of when 'Scotty' said to the plexi-glass owner "what would that be worth to ya". i would like to toss out there that any company hungry enough would love to get a fiber that "makes regular silk feel like horse hair".

every thing i say is only my opinion. "even a blind pig finds an acorn once in awhile!"
