Who cares WHO is shorting or naked shorting this stock. Some say that are evil unknown people. Some say it is Mark. Some say it is the insiders that KNOW the the value or lack thereof.

Obviously, it is less risky for insiders/associates to short if they KNOW there is not value. If that is the case, who would care and who would want to buy? Not one person would.

If I'm short and they spring a BIG PR, BIG CONTRACT, BIG NAMES followed by major promotion... I'm dead. I would never take that risk. So, obviously, the someone who is SHORTING KNOWS there will not be that PR, right?!
