Post RS pps today ($3.96) has been dropping steadily from $6 and is now equivelent to a .264 pps pre RS.

Price drops post RS are typical but this is dropping more than management expected. Not good. Why? No institutional investors that would normally buy into a bank like this will get in under a $5 pps. Which was one of managements main reasons to do the RS in the first place.
