I thought I was advertising my resolve to see this matter through to the end. The notice of appeal has been mailed in for filing and counsel for Janes already notified.

The most recent penny stock case from California made it all the way to the US Supreme Court before it was returned for trial.

Read the opinion, Janes was not vindicated.
