The company withdrew not Nasdaq, Nasdaq simply removed their approval after the company said we are not currently going to go forward with this. This is normal standard operating procedure, as Nasdaq requires you to be re-approved if you don't go through with the process. Once again you try oh so hard to twist something that is not bad or negative into something dark and evil and bad... Like to stir things up by shaking the bee hive huh?

And why would the company release an 8-k stating that Nasdaq "withdrew" their approval after the company already told them to withdraw it because they were not going through with it at that time....

Your logic is mind blowing, it really is!

If there was big interest - they would have moved forward with that offering. I think it is pretty obvious the heat was on with the Chinese r/m plays and what had happened to Meuse's other VIE Hebei steel company r/m shell play - that they knew they didn't stand a chance of raising any money.

That's the whole thing here, this company has been under the radar, and not many people know about it, hence why there is low volume and why it hasn't done much...

The trading action on this stocks speaks VOLUMES - and explains the ZERO volume today.

No actually the "trading action" doesn't speak "volumes" here. This is a micro cap stock with an extremely low float, these always have low volume.... When this ran up 1.10 in one day, it did so on less than 50,000 shares traded for the whole day! It's quite common for low floaters like this to trade on little or no volume. All this "says" is that all the sellers and flippers are gone, and the buyers are waiting on the sidelines for more from the company. If people were dumping off, then you could easily say that people don't like these prices, are scared for what ever reason, and are selling. If people were buying then you can say that there is a ton of interest in this stock, and that it's undervalued and people believe it will be worth a lot more....

When a stock has zero volume in the day you can't try and paint a negative picture and imply that it's a bad thing, or would indicate that people want out lol as you are trying to hard to do. I mean it's clear you love to twist facts and reality, but it simply doesn't work when you have a whole board of people who actually know the facts. If there were people who really wanted out, and where "scared" or thought negatively of this stock, they would have sold today. It's quite clear this is in a holding pattern as investors wait for more information, nothing more...
