Again, not saying who should do what. And you know as well as I that it doesn't matter that you and I never had anything to do with native american genocide or slavery, but that doesn't mean it wasn't horribly wrong or that modern day native americans and blacks should ignore that it happened.
I'm not proposing solutions, I'm saying appreciate the other person's point of view. You can't expect native americans to love europeans. I'm not saying they or we should be doing or not doing anything, but just remember what our (if you are of euro descent) ancestors have done, what we are now doing, and how the oppressed will be feeling and thinking about it.
I'm not guilt ridden, nor a do gooder, but I don't want to see millions of people dying over the next few decades because some stupid powerful men couldn't stop beating their collective chests - on all sides.
