I just pointed out yesterday after reading the filings that when these PR's hit and this larger volume hits it is mostly insiders doing the selling in fact I have showed on several occasions that nearly 80% to 90% of it is usually insiders or promoters doing the selling.

That is never a good sign...... because it means the market for this stock is artificial and there is no real market for the stock except to suckers.
