That's the way things work in a public company in case you didn't know. Investors buy shares in a company and the CEO is responsible to be a good steward of their $ and provide them with a return on their investment. It's called a fiduciary relationship between the CEO and the shareholders. Investing 101. If Black can't handle the pinks all he has to do is grow the company and uplift to the AMEX or NASDAQ. Or sell the company or buy back shares(I guess he mentioned those things a long time ago but nothing ever came of it. What a surprise!!!) GLTA
