Serf, are you cringing or are you going to put on your best smile and play along. I agree with all these bagholders. I would join the lawsuit if I had lost one dollar, but I haven't.

However, I might be able to help in other ways if that is what you decide to do. Hey, maybe they will not answer the lawsuit, you get a default (like the other time they didn't answer) and lien on them in Texas.

Could be fun. I know of a few laywers that have sued penny stocks in the past. I'll try to dig up some names. I would say this however, I would NOT talk to anyone associated with anyone who pumped this stock. That could be bad news.
