According to I.R. the filings are with the auditors and could be filed at any time. I'm interested in the content. Supposebly D.J.'s involvement with the company is severed and the 10K and 10Q will wipe the slate clean of any questionable activities that might have occurred. Risk/reward says to buy all you can afford at a penny or less. I anticipate that Mr. Foo will earn his 4,000,000 shares over the next 12 months. GLTA
