I'd be panicked by holding this company, indeed.

CEO Hoffman has a long and colourful history of fraud, from stuffing ballot boxes to criminal tax fraud.

This company appears to be coming unglued, and Hoffman appears to be dodging bullets and grabbing cash.

This story is just starting to get interesting..
