Well, the young lady at Morrow finally called to solicit my proxy. She was very nice and didn't hear anything from me that she had not heard from others.
I explained the reason that so many folks are declining to return their proxy or to vote in any manner and she understood. However, as her job requires, she suggested that if we are opposed, we should vote against the proposition.
After I again explained that withholding (or revoking if already granted) our proxy was more effective, she did agree that without a quorum the propositions could not pass.
