I just got off the phone with them and completed my transfer request on line without problem. They say all my assets should transfer within the next 3 to 5 buisness days. I'll let you know when all is done and good to go. If this goes as it looks I owe you one, pm me your address and I'll send you a couple bottles of good Italian wine ;)

As for the flag, it's just stating that you have been informed about the risks with trading penny stocks and its your responsablity to ensure you understand before trading.
