Popped to .45 from .22 yesterday on their huge earnings. Problem is, they're Chinese. They show huge earnings and revs, but folks were scared away after all those Chinese companies got caught juicing up their reports.

The legit ones will rise at some point. By their earnings, this one should be trading at several dollars.
