Maybe a smart thing to do? I do believe without some Fins. forthcoming real soon this will retest under .05 as people will lose what little faith is left and take their losses. SNEY will be looked at as hiding something and that is why no 10K. Why else delay what was supposedly ready? Not getting it done by now is piss poor!
