hey rock, its hard to put a real value of the price of a stock when it barely trades and is manipulated downward, only time will tell the true value, not the mark to market value. But what does have real value is that arete will be up to date with sec filings, that arete closed on its acquisition, that arete was able to raise money in difficult environment, that charlie and don made a great transaction to make 2 million dollars, that arete made 10 to 12 cents for the quarter, that it has impressive revenues which will grow, that they meet amex requirements, that the price of oil is at 100 , that they will have a drilling plan, that the oil and gas sector is acting fine, that they will go to presentations , that they will have conference call, that arete only has 7.7 million shares outstanding , unlike other oil and gas stocks arete makes money that has valuable properties with a revenue stream with a great capital strucure. that will interpret the real value .
