Look at the size of the blocks. It's MM's throwing small share blocks at the bid, trying to pull in sellers. The thing to focus on is that there is no sellers coming in. The penny market has been horrible this year. What we need is the company to keep working on their business model and to begin getting our filings up to date.

This float is tightly held by large holders, and there is obviously no dilution. Just don't pay too much attention to the $3-$10 whacks, they mean nothing.
