Lupetto, whats your take on this email issue with Zacked? I do understand CJ is part of a public traded company and as such, if he did get exuberant in his email with Zacked..is that insider information or sheer elation and excitement for his company??? Where do you draw the line? And can that exuberance be posted on public board?? I need legal counselling..ahemm..just your legal opinion..hehe.
