Reason JV with USRI failed ?

This was just posted on USRI Message board :

USRI to save MILLIONS on Recycling Plant!

GARB was going to provide equipment/technology at a cost of $6MM and 50% of ON GOING revenue.

USRI has chosen to go in a different direction using Worldwide Recycling at a cost of only $500K with ZERO ongoing revenue.

NO NEED FOR THE JOINT VENTURE (JV)

This is great news for USRI and will save millions in equipment costs and millions in revenue - great decision IMO.

Maybe this is why they can't get any sales, possibly great technology, but too expensive for this market ???
