Well aware of the fact that GEAR went BK in the golf equipment business and did not fare well in the construction business either but please show what they have done in the mining business.

Have they purchased a mining claim?
Have they been test drilling for ore?
Have then been producing ore from a mine?

Those are the functions of a "mining" company and GEAR does not qualify to be classified as a "mining" company until they actuallly do some mining!
