Jim this is a public company and not a sole proprietor. Not sure you get that or maybe you run a mom and pop cash business that you can stuff cash in your pockets and never pay taxes. Thing is they chose to go public to get other people money. They know the rules and need to abide by them. Now leave the manatees out of this. They are peaceful creatures.
