Their chances to get rid of the debentures with $500K: none. Slim is out of town.

PVSP current operating loss is $353K per Q.
The new investment is $150K per Q.

So this new money makes up for half of their Q loss, with none left over to repurchase the $1.5M in debentures. Assuming NetCapital ceases generating new debentures.
