Well, not all have contracts and are in the business and while we appreciate all you do to inform us none of us know exactly what SNEY has. You might know what you have been told or what others have done in the area and if you have first word of what they do have and it has not been shared to all stakeholders then they are in violation of Reg. FD, but hell if they don't give a rats ass about filing maybe they do not care about obeying the law either.
