The "signed" agreement is not public record "Yet". CLYW has missed all their deadlines for getting this document signed. That alone has effected the PPS of this stock. By Mr. T giving you a heads up that this agreement was signed and will be filed with the court in a few days is "insider information" .

That information is not public. Just like the alleged info Mr. T gave someone else that he was meeting with Vonage. All that kind of info can effect the PPS .
