folks. we shouldnt be spit on by this publicly traded company and its ceo. i dont care if it is 'non-reporting' - they still have fiduciary duties. it might be time for a bunch of us to sue Gene Newton and RCCH in your local small claims court - it would force the company to tell the truth about what they really own, what the company is really about - without all this hearsay and smoke and mirrors.

we have some power available to us here and we should use it.

if say, 10 or 20 of us filed very simple claims in our local court - it would force the company to respond. it can be very simple.

i am very serious. and you do not need an attorney for this.

if the company saw, say 20 shareholders filing against them, they would have to act, react, defend --- and this time with the truth.

so perhaps spend a little bit of money, file the claim, and let's go on the offense.

perhaps some of the more legal minds could offer up a simple template for the grievances and requests that would be the goals for a typical small claims grievance against rcch and gene newton.

newton must be held to account, this will just linger and go on and on it would appear, so let's act.

IMHO
