If the 10Q and S-1 were released today and looked good, this thing probably would have been over a penny easily and I could finally dump this POS.

Now, will this delay cause a drop to .0040 and when released, the gain will only go to the .008's?

I feel like Friedman kills the stock's mojo. This stock was sitting "ok" at .0060 going into today, but he had to kill it.
