A & I, your post included: "This is a public company and the shareholders "own" the company."
It is apparent to me that some here want management to "own"
the company, not the shareholders. If this proposal is passed
shareholders will be an afterthought. "The committee" will be in the drivers seat. Shareholders will be locked in the trunk along for the ride.
Not good at all.

Just my opinion.
