They terminated the original VOD agreement with Comcast in May 2011 but i'm thinking they got a new agreement with Comcast (to be announced):

"Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
That certain VOD Marketing and Placement Agreement (the “VOD Agreement”), dated January 14, 2010, entered into by and between Comcast Spotlight, LLC (“Comcast”) and Next 1 Interactive, Inc. (the “Company”) was terminated effective May 2, 2011. The Company remains in active discussions with Comcast concerning the VOD Agreement and the form of the relationship going forward."
Please check again your Comcast VOD and let's know that.
