erfky, it was supposedly a 3rd party that put up the $million;

If the new IR could do something to bring legitimacy beyond the disasterous financials of CGAQ; produce the 30-page document that was a written agreement between the horsetrack and CGAQ.
IMO this document never existed.

Good luck.

Do not lose the rest of your life savings trying to make back the $$$ you lost in penny stocks not being able to sell in the first place.
