This forum will be dedicated to due diligence information about public companies that have used various Dutchess Capital hedge funds for equity financing, with an emphasis on OTC companies which used offshore (e.g. Cayman Islands) Dutchess subsidiary funds for such financings. A main point of inquiry is whether such companies have incurred toxic dilution to shareholders.
