So let me get this straight.... everything that Lee and company has been doing over the last two years is completely legal?

They have driven this stock into the ground, and furthermore are going to do a 2000:1 reverse split and then go private with the company... and all of this is legal? What about the shareholder.... what about the interview where he states the company has no interest to go private???
