Clearly it didn't actually close at 0.0003 since it's at 0.0004 and it was there for over an hour, but what you just said means that if someone put a paint order in to drop it to 0.0003 with 5 mins in the day left, it really closed at 0.0004? According to your knowledge then that's what it would mean.
