Ozone, David did call and leave a message, Ed (Webimax Sales Rep) was not in his office when the call came in. Ed had left the office early today and the call was not re-directed to another sales rep since Ed was the rep that was given to David to call, Ed also tried to make contact early in the morning and left David a message at 10:30 trying to touch base. David also said he will call back again tomorrow afternoon if he doesn't hear back from Ed. But Ed will make the call. So a positive direction for the most part.
