OT America's Homeland Security needs one of those hotlines (like Secret Witness) so folks can call in ANONYMOUSLY whenever they see suspicious activity. Then H. S. can investigate.
Otherwise there will be hoards of terrorists sneaking in to American and setting up camp... right under everybody's nose.

There's squealing on your neighbor... and then there's vigilance.
It wouldn't take too much intrusivenous to just check out questionable situations.
