I 'll not say DC is a lost cause, They wright the laws too ensure they get more...Rays on the other hand is at the mercy of the pumps..if they want to continue to get funding they will have to play the game...most of these start in the 1.50-2.50 range and settle with the sun..I play them from the 2.50 range to the double o range then find another...Just play the bounces or set the stops real tight with this crap, over 75% of these go into the trash heap the first year..The 24.9 that remain take a few more years and what is left you did not invest in anyway..as was told to me..JUST TRADE IT.
