Hi Pro,
I still have not received a response from Colleen or anyone from Vale. Will you post the email you received - with the full headers, so we can all move on.. And then I will stop bothering Colleen (aka Vale for an answer). It's just a simple way to verify that the email is legit.

If you have any trouble identifying where to find the full headers - go to your email help / search menu and type in "email headers" and they will show you how to open them.

Once you have the email with full headers, just copy & paste the entire message on here. Thank you.
