Does anyone have an opinion on the relationship between this move and the installation of the new management at Amico? Roughly 16 million shares of existing stock are cancelled and Amico capital is swapped in exchange for capital in a different company. What is the angle for the departing management who would have brokered this deal and the new management that has been installed in their place?
