Maybe if he or someone had offered some explanation as to what the proposed lawsuit was about, it might have gotten more play. I was on the email list, but could never get any info on what damages were claimed or what remedy was to be sought.

This deal is screaming for a minority shareholder class action, however. $130Million in annual sales, with a current market cap of $1.8MM. Shares should be at least $1.00, and we're being squeezed out for $.04 or less.
