just called 1-809-687-6060-racing commission. recording all in spanish for about 20 seconds..i waited..then a gal came on phone and spoke spanish, i asked if she spoke english (habla engles?)...she did not and transferred me to another gal...she also did not speak english. i'm going to see if i can locate a friend in town fluent in spanish..will take a few days. if anyone here is fluent, just ring the number and ask away with questions..sorry i can't post better results at this moment. previous 05/27/11 pr from ceo stated he expected 65 million tv viewing households and net 250-450k.
