Yep that's what I said before...patents only give out the details of your product and if you want to keep others from copying it then you better have the money to sue when others do...most of the times it's just best to keep it as proprietary information...a minor adjustment here and there can even keep you from getting sued if you're the one doing the replicating...

Of course though some patent news could send this up just because of the fact that it is patent news...jmo
