- Just declared an interim divdend of 0.02 and special dividend of 0.09 payable on Dec 8, 2011.
- Still trading well below TBV, near NCAV/sh. Current net cash/share around 0.62.

Revenue and profitability down yoy but Company still maintains a large market share of the newspaper industry in Hong Kong. It also has the most widely read news website in "on.cc" in Hong Kong.

The interim and special dividends totaling 0.11 add to the 0.11 final dividend declared earlier in the year. The stock has heavy insider ownership, near the allowed limit on the HKEX if I recall correctly. So, management and directors have incentives to declare dividends.
