I've read both submissions and unless I'm wrong they were by both sides only and not by the judge.
I just talked to my attorney (california) friend in regards to the post trial briefs (submissions) to the court. He felt it would be highly unusual that the judge would attach his opinion at the bottom of the winners brief. "Disclaimer" He did state that Federal Courts might do it differently, but not to his knowledge or experience (15yrs).
I'm NOT BASHING, I've been waiting/holding a long time for this company to make me ALOT of MONEY.
P.S. After reading the briefs I feel real good about HTDS chances of winning and if the info is correct and the judge did rule for HTDS (PLUS ATTORNEY COST) thats a slam dunk, we are going to make $$$$$. JMO
