KATX need to Know DD

PPS has been dropping steadily since PR issued Christmas 2010

No Drilling since summer of 2010

Lost long term financing lost 2010 shortly after 1st phase drilling results of Rusty Ridge

Both Handcamp and Rusty Ridge drilling results were not good enough to keep the one who financed it interested in staying with the company.

Having an Option to JV with Vale still could not keep the ones financing the company interested, if in fact such an agreement is still on the table, No updates from Ken to verify original Option agreement still exists.

Ken Did NOT have a booth representing KATX or BVIG at the 2011 Mining Conference and Trade Show, held in St. John’s from October 30th - November 5th as he did in 2010.

Recently Lost geos, long term financing , Only Ken and Tim left running the company.

Statement from Ken on the BVIG shares:
As an update to the progress on the BVIG stock distribution, Computershare has informed the company they are now working with DTC to setup the distribution on their end and is hoping to have information over the next week or so. We have now approached the stage where shareholders will be informed of any and all progress of developments.
