VMSYQ should be setting up this week for a run in anticipation of the results of the court hearing on the 21st, which will be addressing multiple buyout offers and the possible resolution of the BK. IMO, the possibility of commons being saved looks good and if one does the DD, you'll realize that the probability of commons being saved outweighs the contrary! Also, if you look back on VMSYQ, it's ran 100%+ for the last 3 months in anticipation of each court date that has lead up to the one on the 21st.

VMSYQ, imo, is the best BK play out there.
