And yes, late filings are a red flag, usually indicating less-than-great results, if not a lack of focus on financials.

I believe this deserves an IMO.

If the 10Q is not posted then a 10-Q NT will and should be filed to extend JBI's time to file within SEC's timeframe. IMO late would be past SEC guidelines/timeframe.

JBI has in the past filed the NT and they might again, but they have met the deadline of the NT's.
