My view of the company itself is that they will be successful long term. Maybe even medium term. My question is wether or not the current shareholders will benefit from this because the company has in the past loved to dilute big time and i think they are at a point now where they dont have a choice but to continue. They have a monthly loss of $2million that they need to pay for and so far IMO have made poor decisions on how to dilute and also given away convertible notes on conditions that arent shareholder friendly.
The new CFO may change that, or he may not.
Lastly good luck on your first stock, and just be mindful not to put too much reliance on what people on a message board say...most have their own motives for posting positive or negative things on a message board. Always ask "why" if they give you opionions as i see you are doing and always check for yourself the info they give by looking at financial reports, K filings etc etc
