Now what if Siga called up Dr Seymour to see if they could test out some LIGANDS and MICELS for DRUG RESISTANT SMALL POX and wants a Material Transfer agreement?

And they will pay some 30% to 40% of the 28 billion dollars for such a CIDE?

Dr. Seymour and Dr. Diwan and their lawyers would have to talk about that for some time. That could be an exciting conversation.
Maybe the HERPES CREAM could be mentioned also!
