I knew you were joking. Just opening the lid on what I presume is the cabinet that they are nae doot later going to claim as the isolation chamber is enough to introduce whatever is in the close environment into that box. Somebody sneeze or even breathe hard, there goes the sterility.

They could run the bag they are going to test into a clean room chamber, and blast it with strong UV rays to sterilize it externally but that could play havoc with whatever is in the bag.

And they then would have to blast the isolation chamber to sterlize it, and use a sterilized robot to load the bag into the isolation chamber. Humans are not sterile!!

But they would still have to signature the insterile agents,the micro-organisms of interest..

I don't think so!!
