The dividends were due in 2003. But when nothing had happend since then, in 2008, over 5 years later, Slavo got fed up and said he could get them out and Roxanna gave him control!

So they were long due before Slavo and they continue to be very long overdue. When Roxanna figures this out and they do get out, along with the financials, then and only then will the trust factor rise enough for a lot of investors.

This issue with Dorliss Bright is not looking good either.
